As you are from the SC category, your rank may stand around 77,000 to 78,000 according to previous year trends. However your rank may oscillate till 80,000 also. With this rank it is difficult to get a govt seat in B.tech CSE. However, below are some colleges you have good chances to get CSE in:-
Nalla Narsimha Reddy Education Society's Group of Institutions, Ghatkesar (last year minimum state cutoff rank was 77,741)
CMR Engineering College, Hyderabad (last year state cutoff rank was 77,802)
