If you belong to general category then scoring 450+ can easily fetch you KPC medical in West Bengal. As you have scored 462 and you also want an admission under management qouta, you can easily grab a seat in this college.

KPC Medical College and Hospital was the first private-public-partnership (PPP) model medical collegeof West Bengal. It was founded by Kumud Shankar Ray, in the premises of Dr. K. S. Ray TB Hospital., founded by Dr. K. S. Ray himself.
Last year students having marks till 460 in the obc category were admitted with ranks around 39,000.
So its probable you stand a chance but nothing can be said as of now because the paper this year was a disaster in terms of simplicity level and the huge inflation.
