As you know the you qualified for getting an admission for MBBS , but that does not mean you can surely get a college.
Generally for general category the cutoff for government college is 550 marks above. So your chances for mbbs seat is a long shot .

to get govt seat the minimum marks required is 550 for unreserved category. 

However, if you wish to get state seat then you should check your state merit list and apply for state counseling.

The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a chance to get into a good college.
