Dear Aspirant,

If you belong to general category then its difficult to get government medical college with these score in Andhra Pradesh. For general category candidate, You must atleast score 500 and above in NEET to get government medical college in AP through state quota. If you belong to SC/ST category then 474 is a very good score to get government medical college in AP through state quota. As per last years cutoff SC/ST category candidate having this score was able to get following medical colleges in AP.

1.Great Eastern medical college, Srikakulam

2.GSL Medical college, Rajahmundry

Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.

According to your marks you are having chances for the admission in government college in Andhra Pradesh by state quota.

You  have not mentioned your Category you are belonging to otherwise I can suggest you accordingly.
