i got 4755 rank in ts icet 2021 can i get sit in cbit for mca ? iam oc caste

Hello,
In 2020 a candidate with rank 17845 belonging to general category secured admission to MCA in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology. Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances to get seat in MCA in CBIT. However, cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

If I don't get in first counciling then is there a chance to get in second counciling.if not then plzz suggest best colleges for MCA in Hyderabad .
