Anyways you coul d get a seat in private colleges through management. Also you could get a government seat for alternate courses like BAMS or BHMS.

As you said that you are from OBC category and belong to Himachal Pradesh, and according to the previous year cutoff I am mentioning below the name of the college which provided the admissions in the previous years to the MBBS course under the score of 479:

Maharishi markandeshwar is a private Medical College and Hospital offering MBBS course to the students. Other than this I have neither find any other government college or private college offering admission under the score of 479. However you can go for BDS under the score of 479.
