Here is the eligibility criteria for NEET 2023.
Your, Minimum age Should be 17 years as if December 31,2023

• The candidate must have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2023.
• The candidate must have passed his/her 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects with an aggregate of 50% (for general category, 40% (for OBC/SC/ST) category and 45% (for PH category)

Since you have greater than 50% passing aggregate, YES you are eligible for NEET examination 2023.

If you come in General category you must have passed the 12th examination with 45% or above marks, While for SC/ST/OBC the minimum passing marks are 40%
