You will not get calls from PSUs.

But you can apply to different PSUs which are taking their own exams like:

BARC,ISRO,BSNL,AFCAT,TATA STeel and there are many more.

You can apply to the PSUs by visiting their official websites .There are a list of PSUs for civil branch students like DDA,ONGC,NPCIL,Power grid etc.
