Hello Mahesh,

Cutoff rank of all branches in st.joseph college for 3B category are within 45k, so it is nearly possible to get a seat in civil, that too probably in 2nd or 3rd round as cutoff rank for civil (3B) is 45009 in 2018. So good luck and i suggest you to keep other college options as it is merely possible to get into st.Joseph's with 48k rank.

is there any chance to get ENC there

Cutoff for ENC was also around 20k last year for 3B category, so it Is no possible to get a seat for ENC. It is merely possible to get into st.Joseph's but am afraid you would not have the freedom to choose your branch.. You have to settle for the branches in st.joseph which take in your rank!
