Abhishek according to your score/percentage in graduation , I would advice you to give XAT , MAT because both these exams do not require any eligibility criteria as far as graduation percentage is concern .

Another reason that I am suggesting you to give this exam is  also because if you score high in these entrance exam you can end up being in good MBA /PGDM colleges . 

Moreover MAT exam is conducted 4 times a year in February, May , September and December ,So you can give it in May OR September  because except December MAT exam all MAT exams i.e. MAY , SEPTEMBER, AND FEBRUARY will lead for admission to MBA 2019-21 batch .

XAT Exam will only be conducted next year in January . 

You can also go for direct admission in colleges . But in this you will not be able to take admission any of the top or worthy college which can give you good job or facility in the end . Then your degree would be only for a name sake .

The minimum eligibility to join for MBA in any reputed institute is 50% marks in UG from a recognized university and good percentile in national level entrance tests or admission seeking institute test LPUNEST(Lovely Professional University), SRMJEEM(SRM University) and DSAT(Dayanand Sagar University). As you have 49% in UG you cant join in any reputed institute.  My suggestion for you is that improve the marks by attending the retest and secure more than 50% marks.
