Dear Dharani, AP MBBS seats are categorised into AU, SVU and OU. Now the cut offs for each area for BC have been as follows:

AU: 484
SVU: 473
OU: 458

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now with 493 marks, your chances in Round 2 belong to the area you are a locale of.
