Dear Sai, with 497 it might be a difficult position that you are in for a MBBS seat. This year the cut offs have gone way  higher and ranks dominated marks. In 2018 under State Quota 474 marks secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year cut offs have gone way higher and so it might be difficult for a MBBS seat with this score.
