I am afraid it will be difficult for you to get admission in MBBS or BDS in government medical Colleges.
However, You can try for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad and government dental college, Hyderabad.

You have 50% chances of getting a seat in Telangana through your reservation .Though by the mop up round you would get an MBBS seat either in a private /government college .I would also suggest you to not only rely on the MBBS course but also apply for BDS as it's equally good and you have high chances in BDS.
