I got 4986 rank in keam ,will get ece or csbs course in mec under management quota

Yes, you have a very good chance of getting into MEC, as last year's cutoffs were as low as 5172 for CSBC, and for ECE, the chances are tough, as the previous year's lowest rank was 4718, but in case of management quota, the leniency may be there so also keep them on your list.
