B. Ed is undergraduate professional  which help students in teaching sector and prepare them to work as a teacher. It is two years course. 

I don't think you will be eligible  to take admission in any recognised university for B. Ed admission with 49.9% percentage. 

Eligibility  criteria  of B. Ed Admission 

• Candidate has completed his or her Bachelor of Arts (BA) , Bachleor of commerce (B. Com), Bachelor of science (B. SC) 
• Score minimum 50% aggregate Markus in graduation for general category and for ST,  SC and other caste 45%
• In case if student has completed his or her master degree then require 55% minimum marks .
