i got 500 in neet 2018 with air 21552 the medical colleges i can get in all india counselling being andhra resident

According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less of admission to Governemnt medical colleges under 15% All India Quota, if you belong to General category.
You can try for admission under state quota.
