I got 500 marks in neet 2019. Belong to obc category. And from rajasthan. Can I get any medical collage.

As you are from Rajasthan so you can apply state quota..so the cut off of govt.medical college of Rajasthan under obc category the cut off ranged from 559 to 596.
So while doing comparison you have very very less chances to get admission in Rajasthan govt. Medical colleges under MBBS.
In 2017 also the cut off is higher than 550..

Dear Akanksha, in 2018, under State Quota, 559 marks secured a seat in GMC, Dungarpur. Going by previous cut offs and your score, at 500 it is a tight spot you are in. You can get a seat in a Private Medical College with these marks. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The cut off for BDS college was 519 for OBC Category.
Last counselling mein chance h kya??
