It is advisable that you go on for the further rounds of counselling.
In the mop up round of counselling, the seats that are left by other candidates, are alloted. And this is done on the basis of first come first serve. You have quite decent marks that makes it highly likely to get a medical seat.

Hello dear student, you have got good marks but as you know it's been so much of competition and having general category is again a pain. Wait for another round of counseling there is probability that you get admission in any government college if not government then semi government. But if you ask me I would not prefer you to take another drop . Take admission in another steam if not MBBS because it's high time taking 3 drops are enough giving yourself 3 chances are enough.  I hope this was helpful.

If you wish to take a drop you should wait for the subsequent round to get over.You might have chance in any one of them although your name was not in the first list.

Since you have taken 3 drops I recommend you join a BAMS bds or any other medical related course as after so many years of studying same thing,chances of improvement is very less.But if you have the dream of mbbs,go for it.
