Well not to hurt you but it would not be a healthy approach about thinking for a Government College at this rank when you are a General Category candidate but still don't lose hope as you can still go for the other private Universities. Make sure you are able to filter the not so good with the good University

As per last year's trend you won't be getting nit or iit at this marks. You can try your luck in spot round at lower nits.
