Admission in IIT's depends upon your rank in JEE advance.your marks in JEE mains has nothing to do with your selection in IIT. However you must qualify JEE mains. According to your score, you have a high chance to qualify for JEE advance.

Well cutoff vary every year
But your rank should be under 12000 ti get any iiit.
