Last year closing rank for Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College & Hospital was 16,980 which was maximum to get admission.

As considering previous year chances are less for you

However be alert for counselling round as rank varies every year.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
As you have not mentioned, I assume you belong to general category.
With general category and 51332 rank , you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota because last year last admission had a rank of around 19000.
You might not even get private colleges .
So I'll suggest you to go for some other courses or prepare fo NEET next year and secure better marks.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
