You didn't mention your category here.
Nevertheless, I would like to inform you as NTA states,
In respect of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC), the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% marks instead of
50% marks for Unreserved Candidates.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask any further queries.
All the best.
As per the rules set up by NTA, in order to be elligible for NEET,
A candidate must pass in all the subjects as of Class 12th Board and must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in the combined subjects of PCB.
And in your case, the aggregate stands to be 53.33% ( 160/300)
You are very well elligible to appear for NEET 2020.
Hope this helps.
All the Best !
