Hello Anupam,
To get seats in GFTIs, you have to first clear the required cutoff as per your category. Now, since you have got 52 marks in JEE Main 2019, it means that your percentile is between 75 to 81. Below I have provided JEE Main 2019 cutoff (percentile) category wise -
So, if you have cleared the cutoff according to your category then you are JEE Main qualified, and hence eligible to get a seat in NITs,IIITs and GFTIs. Now to get seat in these colleges, you have to go through JoSAA counselling. You might be able to get a seat in the last rounds of JoSAA. Now, if by any chance you don't get a seat through JoSAA, but is JEE Main qualified then you can apply for CSAB counselling through which you can get a seat in GFTIs. This particular counselling will begin after the completion of JoSAA counselling.
