When you can easily get a government medical college, then what are you worrying about . Do some research of what government colleges you may get through 15% All India Quota and 85% State quota, though I am assured the latter would fetch you better college. And don't forget, you are among the intelligent few who actually qualified for All India Quota. 520 is a decent score and you must be proud of yourself. I am pretty sure that you will get government college and through state Quota you will get reputed college of your state.
