With a score of 520, you are in a tough spot since the cut off of all India quota for general category student was atleast 530 which is more than that you have scored. You have a fair chance to get a government dental college but slim to no chance to secure a government medical College. I wish you all the best for future endeavours. According to past year trends,  I am sorry to tell you but will not fetch a seat in government medical under general category in any state and it's really disheartening that even after 520 you will not get a seat considering this year's high cut off.
