Many private institutes don't strictly enforce high board marks if you’ve cleared JEE Main with a valid category rank. Colleges like IIIT Pune, JIIT Noida, DAIICT, LNMIIT Jaipur, and IPU-affiliated colleges may offer you a seat.

Your PWD rank is strong, so focus on private colleges that accept JEE ranks and participate in CSAB or state-level counselling. You should be able to get CSE in a decent private college despite the low board percentage.
