I got 53.67 marks in gate 2019( obc ncl) in CS stream. Can I get into any psu or iit?

Hello Priyanka,
I think, with this marks, your chance in PSU is less. But you can apply for PSUs and wait for call.
To get admission in IITs, your GATE score is more than 600+.
