As per the cutoffs released for various categories, the cutoff for ST category is fixed at 44.4 percentile to qualify for JEE mmain to JEE advanced. Anyone belonging to ST category scoring equal to or more than 44.4 percentile is eligible for JEE advanced. So as per your percentile you are eligible for JEE advanced.
