As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category and 552 you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-

• Government Medical College, Haldwani.-previous cutoff:509
• Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal:485
• Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun-503

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
