Hello student,

Your calculated marks for NEET 2020 is about 569 as you are from UR category and having Bihar domicile please follow the link below to know previous year's cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota for Bihar. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-bihar

The following factors on which the cut off of NEET depends are:

Total number of students appearing in NEET exam,The toughness in the question paper,Total number of available seats and Rank in the NEET merit list

Now, according to your marks you have less chance in govt. medical college but can secure seat in govt. dental college or semi government medical colleges.

Please follow this college predictor tool for more clear vision about the college you have a chance according to your score https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hopefully, this will be helpful. Please feel free to ask any query in the comment section.

Dear aspirant

At first congratulations for  your result and best wishes for your future.

Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling for 15 % seats due to general category .Based on previous year's cut off some of government medical colleges of Bihar you can get through state counselling for 85 % states are

Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Nalanda

Government Medical College, Bettiah

Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College, Gaya

Government Medical College, Bettiah

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna

though you can miss them by close limit that is lesser marks

some other good private colleges are

Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, KishanganjMadhubani Medical College, Madhubani

Katihar Medical College, Katihar

Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram

569 is quite a good score in Neet. You know that the cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors. Now going by last year's cutoffs, then getting a government college with this score would be difficult as last year the cutoffs for medical colleges of Bihar for general category was around 580 to 590 marks. But you have fair chances of getting private medical colleges such as Kathihar medical college, Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani, Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj etc. Now if you have any reservations you can expect a government college. But keep in mind the cutoffs change every year and this is based on previous year data. So you can use Neet College Predictor tool to know about your admission possibilities http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer You can apply to other states through All India quota, check the cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get admission in mbbs govt. Colleges. Since your score seems good enough to get an mbbs seat under state quota in bihar, i would advice you to stay tuned to the counselling. You can aslo use college predictor through this link:
