Your marks and score are bit good.As per previous years cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to the IITs such as IIT Madras,IIT Delhi,IIT Kanpur,etc and some NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc but there are less chances of getting   call from PSUs.You can check for Colleges on Careers360 college predictor.

i think your rank is apprx 6000-7000. so chance to get into iit and psus but can get in nits

Gate score for iit's - 
Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.

Since, the competition is fierce and the number of candidates many, it would be advantageous to have a knowledge of the gate cutoff scores for psu requirement
The gate cutoff for psu requirement are based on many factors like the number of applicants, the number of posts that are vacant, the difficulty level of the gate papers and such.
