As your tsicet rank is above 5000 so it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in Nizam college because they accepts a rank under 3000.

But in case of AV college, your chances are high and easy to get the admission in mca course because they accepts a rank between 4000-6000 easily.

So i will suggest you to apply for AV college.
