Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling for 15 % seats despite of OBC category ( you can get some but state colleges will be better) . You have not mentioned your state so I am suggesting you considering you as an general category candidate. Based on previous year's cut off some of medical colleges of Kerala you can get through state counselling for 85 % states are

Pariyaram Medical College, Pariyaram

Government Medical College, Thrissur

Government Medical College,

T D Medical College, Alappuzha

etc.

however you can face some close calls that is you  can get or miss some of the above mentioned colleges by mere marks or rank difference.
