It totally depends upon your Skills. Like suppose you are taking any branch of your choice in which you are interested and you have the knowledge and passion for it the companies will select you. If a candidate has 90% in 12th but the candidate has less knowledge of core skills required to get a job and the candidate has no interest for it then the candidate is most likely to get rejected.
If candidate has scored less in 12th Standard then the candidate must make sure to learn all the core skills , to have a passion for the course and also be dedicated to it so that companies will have to ignore the candidate's 12th percentage.
