I got 58% in class 12 pcm 54% and in jee main I got 36 marks so will I able to get any good college please help me

Hello dear
Sorry to say but dear your marks are very low not only in jee but even in boards. So, with this much marks you cannot get any good college.
You can try for next year jee and perform well in order to get a good college and yes you need to improve your 12 th marks as well ,so you can fill form for improvement exam and try to score atleast 75 %.

You cannot get any good college with this performance of yours here. So in my opinion you should better focus on giving your board examinations again and preparing for JEE Mains next year. I hope you have got the point.
