Sorry to say but dear your marks are very low not only in jee but even in boards. So, with this much marks you cannot get any good college. 

You can try for next year jee and perform well in order to get a good college and yes you need to improve your 12 th marks as well ,so you can fill form for improvement exam and try to score atleast 75 %.
