On such NEET score you cannot get admission in any of the course that seeks NEET score for admission because with such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks

-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

and in Maharashtra for admission in BPT, NEET score is required.

Even if you belong to PwD category then also you need at least 108 marks in order to be eligible for admissions but 58 is far far away from the cut-offs.

And without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
