as these colleges conduct a personal level local counselling in which you will easily get a seat. Check the website of these colleges regularly.

Your marks are too low even for SC category. I think that your cutoff will be between 50-60. you are above the cutoff but its too low.
I think that you can get smallest nit with some bad course, so i recommend not to join it.

It is bit difficult to get seat in NITs based on your jee mains marks and category.But you will definitely get admission in top state colleges through state counseling.
