Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, seeing your marks i.e. 586 your overall rank will lie between 14000- 17000 if there is average cutoff. With this score you have pretty good chances for govt. Mbbs under state quota and some chances under aiq, So stay tuned to the counselling. You can also use college predictor through this link:

586 marks in Neet is quite a good score. With this rank you can expect a rank within 10000 to 13000. But this is your expected rank and can differ from the actual one as there are certain criteria which are taken into consideration for calculating the rank. Now with this score you have fair chances of getting a good government college through all India quota such as Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical sciences Srikakulam, Tezpur medical college, VSS Medical College Burla, Government Medical College and Hospital Balasore, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Adilabad etc. http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges You haven't mentioned your home state. So I would suggest you to use Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
