Though you have performed quite well, it would not be possible for you to get a seat in computer science and engineering program at Coimbatore campus. Analysis of previous year trends shows that the closing rank for CSE under open quota is around 1600 which is in contrast to your rank.

However you have a chance if you are eligible for state quota reservation, closing ranks for which are close to 6k but it would still be difficult. You have best chances at Bengaluru campus in case you want to prefer CSE program else you need to opt for comparitively lower branches to get a seat in main campus.
