i got 60% in board and in jee main 53.94 percentile, can i get admission for computer science or IT, without attending MSCET

Hello student,
To get computer Science engineering or IT anywhere you need to have any one of the two. Either board score or Jee score. But as your both score are weak, you can not directly get a good college for IT Or CSE.
