With 60 percentile in Jee mains you can get a chance in IIITs. According to this rank you can try for this colleges :

1. IIIT Pune.
2. DTU Delhi.

Based on your marks your SC rank will be around 20,000 and ST rank will be aroun 8,000.

you can also go for state counselling and you can try for private colleges it wiil give you more chances.
