I got 60.14 percentile (OBC NCL) in jee mains and i live in agra city in Uttar Pradesh and i got 82% in class 12th which colleges can i get admission?

Hence you rank is not too good to get a very good college at national level councelling but you can surely go for state level councelling...and also got some good private colleges like jss,KIIT etc.
