Yes you will be able to get admission in some government engineering Colleges through JEE mains with this rank. 

But you have to faces a bit of difficulty to get a good branches like CSE,mech mechanical, electrical, electrical and electronics. I think you should wait for spot round counselling. In this councelling you have a chance to get a good branch in different colleges.

But branch and place will be not according to your choice.
You have chance that you will get middle and low ranking nits like ( Silchar ; Raipur ; Jamshedpur ; Goa ; Arunachal Pradesh ; Hamirpur ; some IIITs also ).
But you should keep your choices and preferences smartly and very carefully.
