Your score is very good in NEET. Yes, if you will perform well , then only you can get seat because AFMC does not give admission purely on the basis of NEET . It conducts its own rounds and tests to evaluate candidates and there are only 150 seats which are also divided for boys and girls , so you need to perform extremely well if you want a seat as competition is very tough for this college.

The lowest cutoff was 478 in 2015 and in 2018 , it was 551
