I got 61.1 percentile in jee mains 2019 and sc category.Is iam qualify jee advance 2019?

Well congratulations for your qualifying the JEE mains cut-off.

As being an SC aspirant, your JEE mains cut off was around 54.012% and with this oyu have cleared it quite comprehensively.

But I would also tell you the sad part that with this rank you might not get any decent seat at NIT. But don't worry, I would recommend you to study and prepare well during this duration and to aim to crack JEE advanced with decent rank. You need to believe in yourself and the aspirant who studies till the end will always succeed especially at the exam which is so unpredicable.
