I got 62388 in general category and 16737 in OBC category.Can I get into any NIT or IIIT.I dont want CSE and ECE.

You have scored low so in regular rounds you have less chances of getting nit or iiit though you can try in spot round as many students get seats in spot rounds. You have chances of getting nits of the corner sates like srinar, Eastern nits, also iiits.
