According to this, you will easily get qualified. Although it is possible to get admission in good college for M.Tech, I think you should explore other options and wait for the actual result.

It is always good choice to repeat or GATE if you are confident that you can do better than this year. You can join some good coaching material like ALLEN or Resonance for preparation from home or even join for classroom program
