i got 64 marks in GATE 2019( mechanical) score card 670 and bc category. Is there any chance for getting psu.

Hiii...
With score card 670, it's almost impossible to get PSU ,if you are from OBC. You might have got PSU if you were from st or sc category..

what about getting IIT?

Very less chance of getting old IIT ,can try for new IIT especially in those which takes their own written/interview for final selection
