First, you must ensure that you are in the top 20 percentile of your state board because you have not been able to achieve the required 75% aggregate in 12th for general category or 65% aggregate for sc, st and obc category. This criterion you have to fulfill for an IIT, NIT or GFTI.
Looking at your percentile, I think you will have to apply for private colleges because you will not be able to get an IIT, NIT or GFTI even through JoSSA counseling.
